Whats included in group hair and makeup bookings

• When booking with us, you will be sent a very detailed booking form, preview information form, a copy of our T&C`s and a post-preview information form.
   

• You will be advised that coming and having your preview session ideally 4 months before your wedding day would be a good idea, that way if you need a second preview session as you want to try more looks, there will be time for this, we also offer help with clip in hair extension if they are needed for the hair style you would like us to create.
   

• Your Bridal hair, makeup and lash preview session for 3-3.5 hours at our studio in Helsby, Cheshire, you will be given skin and hair care advice if needed for the lead up to your wedding. If anyone else in your bridal party would also like a preview session in hair, makeup or both, they are welcome to book to come at the same time as you, please be aware that this is an extra cost. 
   

• We will double check all the details we have for your wedding day at your preview session, we will give you advise for the morning and answer any questions you might have, a copy of your paperwork will be given to you so that you have all the information you need and advise on when to pay your final bill and timeline for the day and any products you might need to purchase to top up with throughout the day.
   

• If you need anything from us between your preview session and wedding day, just contact Vicky.
   

• On your wedding day, depending on your booking requirements, you will be advised when booking how many artists/stylists will be needed to work and advised who will be working as your main artist/stylist.

​Making sure your day runs smoothly

A detailed information brochure will be given to you before your wedding day to please share with all the members of your bridal party who are using our services, the reason for this is to make sure your morning runs smoothly and everyone knows how we will work on the morning of your wedding day.

This gives advice on when to wash your hair, false lashes aftercare advice and useful tips for the day.

Please notify us of any allergies at least 1 week before your wedding day.

Please also make your bridal party aware of timings and when they need to please be available, we are not always ready at the exact time we ask someone to be available as so many factors influence times, we will just be doing our very best for you all.

Booking Fee information:

A non- refundable booking fee of £100 for 1 artist/stylist, £150 for 2 artists/stylists, £200 for 3 artists/stylists, £250 for 4 artists/stylists is required within 3 days of you receiving your booking form to secure our services for your wedding day.

Extra Charges Information

Travel:

Travel for 2 artists/stylists from WA6 9JZ for a 30 mile round trip is included in the prices above, further travel will incur extra charges, any travel over 1 hour each way will incur extra costs for artists/stylist time.

Parking:

If parking charges apply at the location we need to park at to get you ready, this would be added to you invoice.

Change Of Location Mid Working:

If a change of location is needed while getting you ready, this requires us to put more time aside when getting you ready as we need to set up and pack away twice and sometimes travel again in between locations.

From £35 per artist/stylist based on a minimum of an extra 35 minutes being needed for this extra service.

Extra Staff:​

If a 3rd, 4th or 5th artist/stylist is needed to work on your wedding due to your numbers, time limitations, change of location or you are just wanting a later start, provided our team have availability, this extra service needs to be booked when booking, each artist/stylist needs to be booked for a minimum of 4 services or the cost of these services covered. When booking for 3 or more people to work, we charge an extra £70 per assistant, this charge covers the extra behind the scenes work we have at quoting stage, booking, the lead up to your wedding day and then on your wedding day, saving you as the bride that work of having a number of different suppliers to organise.

This needs to be requested at the time of your booking, we cannot guarantee availability or extra staffing if not enough notice is given.

Luxury Wedding Extras:

You can also add on extra services at the time of booking, such as Vicky purely looking after your bridal hair and makeup, VIP services of us staying later than 40 minutes after the requested finish time for hair and makeup services on your wedding day or an evening return visit for a hair and makeup freshen up or change of look.
